As a long term back sufferer ION BODY smart fitness Leeds has transformed my life. I am able to exercise much more easily and my over all demeanour has improved. I fully recommend ION BODY Leeds. The most amazing, stream-lined and effective fitness sessions I have ever done! In just a few months I have quintupled my long-distance running range, I have built on muscles I didn't even know that I had and my body is now in the best shape its ever been in. I cant think of anything more Martin or the team could've done to make the journey of transforming my body any easier and better. An easy 5 stars for me.

WOW!! just recently had my first session at ION Body Smart Fitness. An unbelievable all over body workout.
