Hi I am Edd, I have been a personal training for over 15years I like work on more functional training using methods by Paul Chek, I have a level 4 qualification as nutritional advisor, I work 80/20 I believe this works better as a life balance.
EMS is now 50% of my training i find this works better as a time factor plus as well great for S&C compared to conventional strength training, and great for HIIT work, most clients are not aware how much more intense this is when only using for max 20mins per session.
All training works towards improving posture and core strength, every client is tracked every 4 weeks, and goal setting are arranged on 1st contact.
I have been holistic therapist since 2008, covering massage to include sports massage up to level 4. I have recently qualified in EMS training which I use as a rehabilitation tool to help my clients by strengthening relevant muscle groups without putting stress on the joints and cutting down the time needed during training so results can be achieved in a quicker time frame.
