Shak Khan - 16/07/2024I've been training at Vive fitness for just over a month now. I do two sessions per week and enjoying every single session.
I initially decided to try it out as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and didn't want to aggravate my joints especially my knees by going to a conventional gym. I was so impressed with the workout that I immediately decided to join after the taster session.
Each intensive, low impact session is 20 minutes long and is enough to give all the major muscle groups a really good workout. I am already feeling a lot fitter, more muscular and toned.
Jazzy, Tigan, Chiarina and Fraser are excellent trainers and deliver each session very professionally and methodically.
I'd recommend Vivefitness to anyone who is looking to get fit and toned.

They helped me reach my goals in terms of weight loss and improving my posture. And encouraging me to use muscle groups if usually avoid at the gym!
Really happy with how accommodating they are with appointment times and how flexible they are around my ever changing schedule.
Can’t wait to hit up Vive again soon!

The reason I am saying it's one of a kind is because it is nothing like the training you have experienced before. I have been doing it for several months now and the results are well let's say noticeable - really enjoying it.
