I would highly recommend Keti to anyone looking to improve or maintain fitness and her classes and one to one sessions are always enjoyable and professionally run.
Scott Fraser - 08/02/2023Having been introduced to Keti by a physio after an injury, I started with her Pilates classes a few years ago. I have benefited hugely from the flexibility and balance that Keti’s classes provide. Keti has also been working with me on a bespoke ski fit plan with her EMS training and after attending weekly sessions for around 3 months have seen and felt the results in strength and body tone. As a keen athlete still competing at amateur level and my love of skiing I can say it has added a new level to my enjoyment. The short EMS sessions and professionally guided support from Keti have been a definite win for me.

Dora Gupta - 31/01/2023I have been having weekly Pilates and EMS with Keti for just over 6 months after a break of nearly 2 years over Covid. Prior to starting my sessions again I was in a lot of pain in most of my joints and my mobility wasn’t great. I struggled going up and down stairs, kneeling or running having had a knee replacement nearly 4 years ago. I am now able to naturally go up and down stairs without pain in knee joints and can confidently climb a step ladder at home which I had stopped doing. I can do a gentle run and walk without pain . I danced for hours at my Xmas party which I hadn’t been able to do for a while. I am able to kneel without so much fear. I generally feel stronger and more able and would definitely say this is due to my sessions with Keti and her knowledge and patience with me. I would highly recommend !!!
Laura - 08/11/2022I have been seeing Keti on a 1 2 1 basis for Pilates in her amazing studio for some time and have now switched to incorporating Pilates exercises with ems training, which has been amazing. Keti is able to tailor these sessions specifically to my needs, targeting certain muscle groups and the results are evident, especially in my legs and abdomen. I really can't rate her attention to detail and all round care highly enough. Laura
