Laura - 08/11/2022I have been seeing Keti on a 1 2 1 basis for Pilates in her amazing studio for some time and have now switched to incorporating Pilates exercises with ems training, which has been amazing. Keti is able to tailor these sessions specifically to my needs, targeting certain muscle groups and the results are evident, especially in my legs and abdomen. I really can't rate her attention to detail and all round care highly enough. Laura

GILL PROSSER - 27/10/2022Since I have been doing EMS training with Keti, I have noticed my lower back pain has subsided, I am feeling generally stronger, and definitely more toned. My legs are firmer, and my tummy and back muscles are also tighter than before.
What I especially love about the training is how quick it is so it doesn't interfere with my day so much as a one hour class. I have been doing Pilates classes as well as 1.2.1's with Keti for many years now and with introduction of EMS training combined with Pilates it has brought my sessions to another level.

I started in April and with weekly sessions and an aim to tighten stomach muscles and back I can happily confirm that I have achieved my goal.
