I have been coming to WDC for 11 months now for a shoulder injury. However, when they introduced EMS to me I jumped at the chance to give it a go and was hooked. After my initial 10 weeks I signed up for EMS membership. It's given me muscle definition that I've not had before and is helping me gain strength as a runner all for 20 minutes a week. WDC are a great company with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them

EMS Whole Body Training with the Physiotherapists and Sports Therapist at WDC has been a "life line" for me. After having a chronic low back problem for decades and trying various different treatments with some of the country's top medical professionals, EMS has been the only thing new I've added in to my care and it has been fantastic! I didn't feel safe to do EMS without using a medical professional to lead the sessions with my long standing complex history of back pain which is why I chose WDC to help me out. Choosing to introduce EMS Whole Body Training is literally giving me my life back and is something I will continue to keep me back to my former best. Thanks Jack and the team at WDC Physiotherapy you are all angels! :-)

I was made to feel very welcome, and the session was great. All the staff are very informative and patient, with a choice of either sport therapists or Physiotherapists so I knew I was in safe hands. The technology is amazing and I felt muscles activated that I didn't know I had! I would 100% recommend.
