EMS is a game changer for people with busy lives, I work as a Nurse so i have found it hard to get time to train so when i came across this I booked up a taster session and I loved it. I am now in my 4th block sessions and am achieving amazing results in strength and toning up. Tom is so Knowledgeable and informative and also has given me great nutrition advice and designed me a tasty meal plan to follow.
