Jay Kang - 24/02/2022When I first heard about ems training, I thought it was too good to be true. However once I tried it I wish I had of started it ages ago. Starting a new job I found it difficult to fit time to go gym so this couldn’t of come at a better time. I felt better after my first session and after 4 weeks I can see better results than when I was going gym 3 times a week. Would recommend Emmensefit to anyone, especially people with a busy lifestyle looking to get in shape. Anesha is really helpful and took her time to create a perfect plan for me. Thank you ????????
Dhaya - 23/02/2022I’ve been doing EMS training with Anesha for 2 months now and I can see results already! My goal is to tone up, increase my muscle mass and keep fit, which I can definitely do using EMS. I much prefer my 20 minute workout a week compared to the 2-3 workouts a week I used to do.

Anesha is a great trainer with so much knowledge about EMS, which made the 20 minute session so much fun. I can see that it would suit all abilities and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Really looking forward to more sessions to see what results I can get!
