I cannot recommend Tummo EMS training with Ava enough! Ava is extremely knowledgeable in the fitness field and has a deep understanding of injury prevention, which was a top priority for me. She truly listens to your goals and designs each session to fit your individual needs. I have struggled with chronic back pain for 10 years and was even referred for surgery. Because of my condition, I haven’t been able to work out in the way I used to, and I was looking for a low-impact option that could still give me an effective workout. EMS training with Ava has been exactly that! In just 20 minutes, I feel like I’ve completed a full workout, all while being gentle on my joints. I initially started this journey as a last-ditch effort to prevent surgery, and for the first time in a very long time, I am pain-free! I will absolutely be continuing my fitness journey with Ava, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, effective, and personalized approach to training.
