Stem Growth Aesthetics was such a great experience. I enjoyed the politeness of the staff, the knowledge and the cleanliness. Very great communication and the interactive experience was AMAZING. Knowing that they’re using scientific research and are able to effectively explain it to clients to understand effectively is wonderful. Matt is also cool. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I had very little results if any, the sheet they hand out, changed mid treatment. So their instructions changed. My last appointment the gentleman went through 20 things that have never been discussed. Ask me if I was doing them. I’m like what are you talking about? When I left, I thought have all other appointments been wrong. The person who handled them had they not done What they were supposed to do. In the end, it seemed like they knew it didn’t work and they were trying to lay the blame on me as to why it didn’t work when all 20 things were things they’ve never discussed. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I hope you have better results.

They were very well educated in hair loss. I was not pressured into starting the process. Jim was great at explaining everything along with the finance options and the treatment process. I feel very safe and I develop a certain level of trust with the company. I plan on doing treatment in the future if my hair loss gets any worse.

Everyone in the office was very kind, Matt went above and beyond to explain the procedure, answer follow up texts, and give me additional support, but after 23 months I saw absolutely zero results. They were confident I was a good candidate and I would get great results if I followed the DHT diet, which I did. I did not notice any improvement in hair texture, or strand thickness. This is a $5,000 loss for me. I wish I would have just gotten the hair transplant. Looking at all these five-star reviews, I don't see any that says the treatment actually worked. Most of them are left after the client's first treatment and only describe good service, not results. You have to understand that this is still highly experimental and they're still trying to figure out how this works. I wish I would have done more my of own research ahead of time before putting down all this money I'll never get back.

I must say that the office and staff was great…however, the explained did not work for me and considering that $5k was not easy to come by, I am very disappointed. . I am going through a second rounds of treatments now and hoping it will work. They were very confident that I was a great candidate but it did not work for me. Everyone is very sweet and kind to me.
