FireSnake Fitness is a hidden gem with next level, state of the art fitness technology. EMS training here made me the most strong and confident I've ever been with only a 20-minute workout (about 40 minute session total to put on the gear before, cooldown after, etc.). Amy O. is a highly experienced trainer, and also truly the most amazing human being you will meet. Amy is knowledgeable, motivating, supportive, and will make each session feel priceless. My experience at FireSnake North park has been fantastic. Rapidsculpt EMS has been a lifesaver for me while recovering from an injury. Effective and efficient. I went in for a demo. I got to Work with Amy O at the North Park location. She was attentative and knowledgeable. I left that session feeling electric. I could feel my muscles had been reawakened. I got to my car and quickly signed up for an 8 session. Looking forward to my first full session and for the positive results.
