Duality Fit - Denver

I found myself at Duality after years of working with a personal trainer. I was craving the community of group classes but also wanted an environment that promoted good form and Duality came highly recommended. Now I'm hooked. I absolutely LOVE the workouts. Whether it's Circuit or ResCon, the workouts are creative, effective and a great flow. What I love most is the attention to form. Duality cares about movements being done with integrity, not just flying through some unhinged workout like other places. Teachers are so, so supportive and they give plenty of modifications for your body. It's a feeling of belonging the moment you walk through the door. Check out Duality if you want to learn to lift weights safely, increase your strength and have a ton of fun doing it. Did I mention they always have banging playlists?! :)

Rescon has to be the hardest and best heated workout I’ve ever done. Kiera kicks butt and you’ll leave feeling like your body is so strong for what you’re able to do. Great gym, great people, highly recommend taking a class here

I took 2 classes via ClassPass and immediately loved it, so i signed up for a membership. I have tried nearly every workout studio in Denver, and Duality has great variety while maintaining very high quality across all formats. I love heated sculpt and Pilates classes but I needed a heavier format as well, so I was so excited to find a place that offers both. Instructors are all fantastic! Highly recommend

I have been going to Duality for several years now and really appreciate the community aspect that the owners Tim and Jen have built! The studio is always well cared for, the instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and through various conversations with the owner I know they are truly focused at helping their members live their best life. Added bonus: they have puppies for adoption in studio often - you can’t beat yoga +puppy snuggles:)

Just took my first mat Pilates class here with Anna… immediately signed up for her next class. I loved the cues she was giving & reinforcing importance on the breath. You can tell she comes from a yoga background, which I really appreciated as a yogi myself! Can’t wait for my next class here 🌟
