The workout and results are incredible. The only downside coming here is that people that come from ClassPass are treated funny. If they don’t want people coming on ClassPass they should not be registered on the app at all.

The owner and staff are outstanding. The weekly workouts are challenging but I love the results. After only two sessions, I could tell that I was getting stronger. It was easier to lug the garbage cans to the curb — lol. Now I actually look forward to the workouts! I recommend that you talk with Steffen (the owner) to see if it’s right for you.
