I love this gym so much. It has a lovely boutique feel without compromising intensity. It is so clean, I shower here before I head right to the office. My morning routine is so easy because I can just show up in my pajamas, workout for 20 minutes and it is faster than driving to any other gym and parking. The staff is incredible and makes you feel so welcome. I have been coming weekly and have seen significant improvements in my strength. As a registered dietitian based in the community, I am proud to send my clients, friends, and family here without hesitation. I plan to continue as long as I can!

The workout and results are incredible. The only downside coming here is that people that come from ClassPass are treated funny. If they don’t want people coming on ClassPass they should not be registered on the app at all.
