What an awesome experience. Amy the owner explained how this is a total body work out in just 20 minutes. She was not kidding, the suit is comfortable and the amount of current is tailored to each specific part of your body. It felt amazing, I will be going back. This 20 minute workout replaces a 7 day workout and really works all your muscles, including wings. Girls you know what I am talking about... ha ha

I had the pleasure of doing post-renovation construction cleaning for Mount Dora Bodystreet, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Amy and Loren were an absolute joy to work with—kind, professional, organized, and genuinely appreciative of the work being done. The space itself is beautiful, and they clearly care so much about their business, their space, and the experience they provide to their clients. Communication was smooth, expectations were clear, and the whole process felt collaborative and respectful. I truly enjoyed working with them and would happily do so again in the future. Highly recommend!
