Go anywhere else. They make you pay again to get any lab results, no phone calls. Then they lost my labs. They do not answer the phone. And now, six months later are saying i owe hundreds of dollars for my appointments even though at the time my insurance was fine. I did pay the copay but it says I paid nothing. This place just looks fancy but it is anything but.

doctor ortiz's passionate care for his patients bleeds through every inch of this place. the bliss cares program is a genuine life saver for me, the staff are all KIND! not just nice! and they care about me as a patient and seemingly each other. it is also important to note that the phlebotomists are very good, as someone with a fear of needles, this is critical to me. sometimes the waits are long but its a doctors office providing an ever expanding suite of services for all kinds of queer health care, so i find the occasional lapse in punctuality forgivable. the place is very clean, the hospitality of the staff is stellar, and the service has been life changing.

The entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Wendy Núñez (MSN, APRN,WHNP-BC), who is outstanding, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend BlissCare to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

Everything goes very smoothly whenever I go there, whether for tests or follow-up appointments—from the reception staff to the doctors. I am so happy to have found Bliss Healthcare; it’s been almost a decade now. I can never thank you enough!!
