BLISS Health - Orlando

All of the staff at bliss healthcares are wonderful. But I have to give a special review for Ivelisse she is so sweet caring and she gives me a motherly treatment all the time. And I lack that in my personal life so every time she comes around and treats me very nicely i want to cry. She has been caring for me for years at bliss. She is awesome. And also Luz is very nice and sweet as well. Today’s appointment was awesome. Marvin as well he always helps me whenever I need it. Like I said all the staff is wonderful. I have no complaints.

Absolutely amazing team—warm, welcoming, and true people persons! The staff are highly professional, skilled, and make every visit a great experience. I’ve proudly been their patient for over 2 years and counting, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your outstanding care and positive energy!

I have been a patient at BLISS Health for quite some time and have always appreciated the care I’ve received from the providers. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about BLISS Cares—not because my experience was disappointing, but because I never had the opportunity to experience it at all. After losing my health insurance on May 2, I was instructed by BLISS Health staff to contact BLISS Cares to see if I qualified for financial assistance while I searched for employment and waited for new insurance coverage. Over the next three months, I made multiple phone calls, left voicemails, and sent emails. I never received a single response—not even an acknowledgment that my messages had been received. I understand that not everyone qualifies for assistance, and I would have accepted that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication. Patients reaching out for help deserve the courtesy of a response, even if the answer is no. Being ignored when you’re trying to continue essential healthcare is disheartening and unacceptable. I hope BLISS Health takes a closer look at how BLISS Cares communicates with patients so others don’t have the same experience.

The entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Wendy Núñez (MSN, APRN,WHNP-BC), who is outstanding, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend BlissCare to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
