I really wanted to like this studio, but the booking experience has been very unprofessional. Last Friday, I arrived for a ClassPass session, but they couldn't see my booking. My credits were taken, and I wasn't able to work out. I decided to give them a second chance by booking a free trial for today at 1:00 PM (booked 5 days in advance). Even though the trainer confirmed my 1:00 PM slot when I saw her on Friday, I received a call today asking to move my time because a "paying client" took the slot. My time isn't flexible, which is why I book in advance. It’s disappointing to feel deprioritized twice in one week.

Scammed by Feel Electric Gym – Avoid at All Costs! I recently fell victim to a complete scam at the St John’s Wood branch of Feel Electric Gym. I signed up for a free trial, after which they offered me what I thought was a great deal – £40 per month for two sessions a week. I agreed, thinking it was a reasonable price, but didn’t realize they had hidden crucial details in the fine print. After attending for three weeks, I noticed something shocking: £40 was being taken from my account weekly, so 3 payments of £40 in 3 weeks! I immediately complained, only to be told that the cost was actually £40 per week. Absolutely outrageous—I would NEVER have signed up for that. I asked them to check the CCTV to verify the conversation I had with the manager, who clearly stated it was £40 per month. They agreed but have since completely ignored me. No responses to my emails, no updates on the CCTV footage—just silence. On top of this, their advertising is misleading. They show photos of miraculous weight loss, but after attending for weeks, my weight and size haven’t changed at all. Honestly, you’d get better results at a regular gym. The gym itself? Filthy, poor hygiene. The gear they put on you stinks of other people’s sweat most of the time, which makes me feel sick. The floor is filthy too, as are the surfaces. The quality of the sessions completely depends on which instructor you get, and it’s clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. They still haven’t refunded me for the incorrect deductions of £40 twice, and now they’re dodging me entirely. This place is practically empty for a reason. Don't be fooled like I was. Make sure to read the fine print—or better yet, avoid Feel Electric Gym altogether. I regret every penny wasted here!

Had my first session today. If you get over the fact that you have to be weighed, photographed- to record progress- and change into an outfit they provide, it was great! Mateo was very knowledgeable and a great guidance, and the workout itself was intense but feasible for a completely beginner like myself. The workout might look a bit static, but trust me, it’s not at all! By the end of the 20’ I was drenched. I happily subscribed, as I also found prices reasonable and will keep going.

They need to be more clear with the payment, there’s nothing free. They promise but isn’t true. After almost 6 months I can say that they are not serious, no physiotherapists or nutritionist the place is dirty and I can go on. They took my money from my account from August until November 2023 also if I was abroad. I advise to stay far from feel electric gym.

I’ve been coming to Feel electric for about 3 months now, they are friendly, work you hard especially Kyroe and Fran they make every visit worth it and I can’t believe I’m in and out within 20mins, for someone who doesn’t have time for the Gym, it’s so convenient, I’ve put in 2kg of muscle and lost 1kg of body fat, the studio is clean and I’d 100% recommend as I have already to 3 friends who joined. I’m hooked
