An exceptional stay at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, a Two MICHELIN Key hotel in the heart of Mayfair. I stayed in the stunning Three Bedroom Hanover Residence, which was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, with elegant interiors, a generous living room, a dedicated dining area and views overlooking Hanover Square Gardens. The hotel's contemporary architecture, artful details and high quality finishes create a distinctive sense of modern luxury, while the service was truly outstanding, with a team that was attentive, genuinely caring and always one step ahead. I also enjoyed the beautiful Atrium Restaurant, the rooftop Hanover Bar and the excellent wellness facilities, including the heated indoor pool. With Oxford Street and Regent Street just moments away, the location is hard to beat. A memorable stay that combines privacy, comfort and exceptional hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, and the rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Facundo, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. His kindness and great service truly stood out. Very clean, new state of the art rooms Courteous staff Excellent food Exceptional spa and 25 meter swimming pool The Mayfair Mandarin is the third different Mandarin I have visited this year. Each is unique and excellent. The Hanover square location is within a one minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Very convenient for my conferences at the Excel centre This hotel is newly constructed 2 years ago. Tastefully designed with all the modern amenities one can expect. All staff were courteous from the pre arrival to departure. I swim every day and picked this hotel specifically for the 25 metre pool which is hard to find in London. Great shopping on Bond st nearby and numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. I happen to book a 2 Michelin star dinner at the Mandarin Hanover room from a visiting Chef, fortuitously exceptional! Staying in a suite comes with complementary pick up and drop off from Heathrow in a nice Range Rover which was a nice touch. Love the Mandarin Oriental chain. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit London!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair. From beginning to end, everything was seamless and genuinely exceptional. The hotel’s stunning design and architecture are truly beautiful, with a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout. The beautiful swimming pool was another highlight and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind during my stay. A very special mention to Ophélie and Georgie, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Their warmth, attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made the entire experience feel incredibly personal and memorable. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room to the exceptional service and all the little touches along the way. It was one of those stays where everything simply comes together effortlessly. A truly wonderful experience, and I cannot wait to return. Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to Ophélie and Georgie, for making my stay so special.

I haven’t had the pleasure of staying here, but I passed by during a first aid situation today and the kindness of the staff was exceptional. They immediately helped me, bringing me inside and quickly aided my situation with kindness, grace, and genuine compassion. I am extremely grateful for their hospitality and would positively say that anyone staying under their care will be extremely looked after and have a wonderful stay. I am sure to keep this place in mind if I ever needed to stay in Mayfair.
