We enjoyed every part of our stay! From the moment we arrived, Thomas and Leandra made us feel genuinely welcome. We’ve never experienced a hotel offering us another room to relax in while our suite was being prepared. That thoughtful gesture truly set Mandarin Oriental Mayfair apart from other hotel chains. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We especially appreciated the chocolate fan (absolutely delicious!), along with the fruit and champagne waiting for us upon arrival. Those touches made our stay feel extra special. We can’t wait to return to MO Mayfair the next time we’re in London, and we’re already looking forward to staying at other Mandarin Oriental properties during future travels. It has truly become our hotel brand of choice. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Mayfair, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere that truly feels like family. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade during my stay, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The spa is intimate but has everything you would expect from a much larger property. It is remarkable that a hotel with only around 50 rooms manages to offer facilities and service levels comparable to hotels three times its size. The rooftop bar is fantastic, with great food, music, and atmosphere. What impressed me most was the service. The team noticed the smallest details and anticipated needs before I even had to ask. Extra coffee capsules appeared without requesting them, evening service was flawless, and the room was always immaculate and perfectly prepared. Having spent more than 90 nights a year in hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this is the best service I have experienced in London. In my opinion, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is a true model for what luxury hospitality and customer service should look like. I have no doubt that I will return.

We had such a lovely stay at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are stunning, and the service is some of the best we've experienced. It's clear that everyone takes great pride in what they do.

Even by the high standards of the Mandarin Hotels this newish one in London stands out. The staff are superbly well trained , the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Near Oxford Street Tube but in a quiet corner it is perfect for seeing London. The roof top bar The Hanover is a delight (open to non residents I believe). Our new go to hotel in London.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, every detail was exceptional. What a beautiful hotel and the service…wow…outstanding. A special thank you to the manager, Helmut, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing . His care and attention made all the difference. I can't wait to come back!
