We had the wonderful opportunity to stay here with our lovely dog, and we were treated like real VIPs. The lobby is so calming and relaxing, and really redefines what it means to be a five-star luxury property in London today. I must admit I've only been to Whiteley's a couple of times when it was a retail space, but to see the transformation, it's remarkable. We were welcomed by the friendliest teams and shown to our spacious room. The bathroom alone is enormous with the biggest shower. The dining room is really incredible and the food was unique and delicious. I've been fortunate to stay in other Six Senses properties, and this one is a beautiful addition to the urban environment. I'd love to return to use the spa. Welcome to London Six Senses. I"m sure you will be welcomed with open arms.

After hearing so much about Six Senses, I had the pleasure of visiting my first-ever property in the group. Although I had always imagined Six Senses as more of a resort destination than a city hotel, it was still a pleasure to experience. The highlight for me was definitely the Earth Lab. As an entrepreneur in the field of plants, I really appreciated seeing the hotel’s passion for biology, sustainability, and natural materials. The room also had several strong points. The bathtub, shower, and bathroom size were a real delight, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the outdoor terrace, which was part of the room category I paid for, only had uncomfortable seating rather than proper outdoor lounge chairs or armchairs. As a result, I did not get to enjoy the outdoor space in the way I had hoped, which was a real shame. One small but surprisingly memorable detail was how quickly the elevators opened. It genuinely added to the ease of the experience, and I do not think I have ever experienced such fast elevators in a hotel. On the other hand, the automatic doors to the gym and spa caused issues every time I tried to use them, and I saw other guests struggling with them as well. The gym was, without question, the best and largest hotel gym I have ever seen. The flooring, materials, design, machinery, and equipment were all extremely impressive. Where the hotel still needs work is service. The team is clearly trying, but not always in the right way. The tone, energy, and natural warmth are not quite there yet. Overall, Six Senses London is a smart and comfortable city hotel with excellent wellness facilities, but the interiors did not feel particularly special or memorable for a Six Senses property. It was a good experience, but not yet the fully distinctive Six Senses experience I expected.

We had a lovely stay at the new Six Senses. Everything was 5*, from the personal welcome, the introduction to the room and the friendliness of the staff. The restaurants were fantastic, with the breakfast being standout due to choice and quality on offer. The hotel is in stunning Whiteley building and it was great to see so many of the existing heritage features being reused in the hotel - it has a special charm that makes it a unique experience.

We stayed at the hotel as part of an event and together with our clients. What stood out: An exceptional hotel – from the very moment you enter, you feel this sense of calm, the beautiful scent, and the passion of the team. All of us felt extremely comfortable and very welcome. The drinks at the bar – they truly awaken the senses and absolutely blew me away! The attention to detail in the room was outstanding: the snacks, the thoughtful product selection, the welcome note, the turndown service, the sleep cream, the high-quality slippers, and the excellent choice of pillows. Breakfast was wonderful. The team may be young (as some reviews have criticized), but their passion is clearly tangible. They are genuinely committed to fulfilling guests’ wishes and going the extra mile. What was particularly delightful for us: • The sound quality of the speakers. In the room, we found a Bang & Olufsen Beosound A5, which we immediately put to use. There were also B&O speakers in the bar. A more fitting TV would have been the perfect addition 😉 Most importantly for us: our clients were extremely happy with the hotel choice! Will we come back? Absolutely!
