RiverHills Health Club & Boutique Spa - Ipswich

It was my first time visiting Riverhills, and it was a warm welcome, the venue is stunning and the staff are incredibly helpful. Nice, tranquil and relaxed. State of the art facilities without feeling futuristic

I have been to Riverhills spa in Ipswich twice and I LOVE it. I live in London and have been to numerous spa days in London and in Italy and I must say that Riverhills far excels any that I have visited before. Apart from the cleanliness and facilities I think I most enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, I always feel very at home there and the staff are lovely and welcoming. I absolutely love the snow shower, it is so refreshing and very enjoyable to transition between the snow shower and the hot sauna. The spa gardens are stunning and so relaxing. I also like the fact that the spa guests are peaceful and respectful of being quiet in the relaxation areas and generally all around the spa. Another aspect that I really enjoy is the lunch, it’s a lovely restaurant and bar area and they have a wide range of options. I had the fire and ice package and I highly recommend it! I found it good value for money, I enjoyed the whole experience of checking in at reception, having a leisurely drink in the bar and then wandering through to the changing areas kitted out with a robe, towel, and good quality flip flops. I never feel rushed at Riverhills and I love that! I can’t wait for my next visit, thank you.

I had a facial with Aimee today. (Thursday 16th of july 2026). Aimee was lovely and professional and made me feel so relaxed and calm. It was the best facial i have ever had. Skin felt amazing after. Thank you for a really lovely experience. Will be having more treatments in the future. Will also be recommending this to others.

Getting a membership at Rivehills was one of the greatest health decisions I've ever made. The gym facility is incredible and very high tech. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa treatments are incredible and the spa area is probably one of the best I've been to. I love the snow shower!!

So impressed by the new pool and spa facilities at Riverhills! Everything looked beautiful, and we had such a relaxing day! The afternoon tea was delicious, with more than enough food. Also had an hour-long massage, which was amazing; came away feeling incredibly relaxed. I look forward to visiting again!
