Review Hotels - Bedford Lodge Hotel - Newmarket

We’ve had a fabulous first stay at Bedford Lodge and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Our room is lovely, with a large, incredibly comfortable bed, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service has been exemplary, with every member of staff being so welcoming and attentive. Our dinner was beautifully presented, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding. You can really tell how much care goes into making guests feel special. After a hard and very busy summer of work, this is exactly what we needed — somewhere peaceful and relaxing where we can properly unwind. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so lovely. We would absolutely recommend the Bedford Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and special stay. Thank you.

Fabulous staff and facilities. My partner, Gary, organised and funded my 70th birthday celebration at The Bedford Lodge yesterday. The venue was actually perfect but the service we received from management, conference, hospitality, reception staff made our experience EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you to all Bedford Lodge staff who gave us such an enjoyable and forever-memorable time.

I stayed at the Bedford Hotel for five nights in June while on a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a wonderful ambience and an excellent location, making it very convenient for my stay. The staff were consistently polite and welcoming, and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the front desk team. Breakfast was another highlight — a wonderful selection and a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would happily stay at the Bedford Hotel again.

A fantastic venue for corporate events. We recently performed at Bedford Lodge and the team were professional, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout. Big shout out to Johnny, Grace and the Team. The venue provided the perfect setting for an interactive performance, with our corporate conga getting everyone involved! Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well – we look forward to returning. Paula and the Singing Waiters In The UK Team

We had the most wonderful stay here for my mum’s 60th Birthday. Every single member of staff we came in contact with were lovely! Front desk, cleaners, waitresses and the ladies at the swimming pool all so helpful and chatty. So many special little details and a beautiful & clean building! Perfect in every way.
