Just completed my FREC 3 training. I did the weekend course and I am extremely impressed by HDP. I had my doubts when first booking as I hadn't heard of them before but I can assure you they are amazing. Our instructor was Ian, an ex-ambulance technician. Ian has a wealth of knowledge that he used throughout the course to assist us. Alongside his knowledge, he is a great teacher and kept it interesting throughout. I was pleasantly suprised with how much I enjoyed the 5 day course and would definitely recommend HDP to anyone else! At no point did the course feel like a chore. FREC3 - Already a FAAW instructor I did this course for me. Iain was superb, great fun, enthusiastic and gave loads of opportunities for shared experiences we bought to the group. The only course I ever remember going on where the latest anyone turned up all week was 15 minutes early - everyone just wanted to be there that much. Learned a whole load of more in depth how & why things are done (or not done) that I can bring to my future FAAW students. FREC4 beckons.

Well what can I say, I did my frec 3 last week with Dave and his team I suffer with anxiety and stress. Dave and his team was great even got a new nick name as stressie Jessie or SJ. Thank you so much for the support 🙏 Jess SJ

Fantastic training facility, very helpful during and after my courses completed my FREC3 there and went back for FREC4 definitely recommend to others. Thanks Dave and the team.
