Dear Mandarin Oriental Garden Team, I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the truly exceptional experience you created for my Baby Shower yesterday. From the very beginning, Ashleigh was incredibly attentive, professional, warm and supportive throughout the planning process. Although I unfortunately did not have the chance to see her at the end due to her annual leave, I am so grateful for everything she did to make the event so special. Sarina then seamlessly carried over the communication and coordination, ensuring that every detail was handled perfectly and making the entire process completely stress-free. On the day itself, Maria and Ashton were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, attentiveness and genuine care did not go unnoticed for a single moment. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and I was especially touched that the team even helped my decorator carry and set up the props. That level of care and willingness to help truly reflects exceptional service. Every single person involved made us feel so welcomed and looked after, and thanks to all of you, the day became even more beautiful and memorable than I could have imagined. This is our second time here. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Our room was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the level of service throughout the hotel was simply outstanding. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the concierge team. Having stayed at many of the world’s finest five-star hotels, we can confidently say that no concierge team has ever impressed us as much as the team at MO London. Their professionalism, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine warmth were second to none. Every request was handled seamlessly, often exceeding our expectations. They played a significant role in making our stay truly memorable and unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a remarkable level of hospitality. Wonderfully elegant classic luxury hotel! Beautiful flower settings in the lobby welcome you in a grand atmosphere! Excellent service by Matilda who checked us in, and also by everyone we interacted with at Rosebery for our late breakfast! The (Italian?) lady at the spa was also stellar! Beautiful hotel and wonderful hospitality.

My partner and I had the most wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Mandarin Oriental for our London wedding 🥹 Highly recommend if you’re getting married and want special memories to last a lifetime ❤️ We were upgraded on arrival to a suite, which was a lovely suprise and an incredible place to get ready for our big day. Nadia at reception was so warm and friendly 🥰 Every person we interacted with congratulated us and we were gifted the most delicious celebration desserts after our meals. The concierge was amazing, seamlessly organising my bridal bouquet of roses on the morning of the wedding 🌷The food and service throughout our stay was incredible. The location is perfect for a walk or run through Hyde Park and close to Old Marylebone Town Hall in a black cab. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences in London. The location is perfect right by Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, making everything feel very convenient and luxurious at the same time. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived — professional, warm, and attentive. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels calm, refined, and truly five-star ( with a fabulous view of the Hyde park ! ) The breakfast was excellent. What really stood out was how welcoming the staff made the stay feel ( the door men 👍👍👍) A special thank you to Nadia at reception, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially with my little son. Her warmth and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. One small point of feedback: during check-in, my son was given a card to fill out with his preferences, which was a lovely idea and a thoughtful touch. However, throughout our stay, nothing was really done with it, so it felt a bit disappointing as we were expecting some kind of personalized experience for him. Overall, still one of the top luxury hotels in London and a place I would happily return to.
