Awesome experience and the most time efficient way to get a full workout in! The team were really responsive so it was easy to book a slot in on WhatsApp. It’s an easy experience with everything you need facilities-wise to wash and feel refreshed for the day. As soon as I finished I wanted to go book another. A couple of days later the muscles felt mildly stiff in a good way which felt like they had been worked out and the Ironbody fit session had trained them to work in ways they hadn’t before, which is precisely what builds strength all over. I’ve been advising friends to make the valuable investment.

Not bad , Experience was interesting, cleanliness of the studio good, layout great, soundtrack backing great. Spacing good . Changing rooms great. Actual machine, not bad, technology taken from the military originally, now commercialised. It’s certainly worth a try and taking up. Pricing higher than other competitors, so that’s a down side. Hence the stars. Instructors friendly enough but could know a bit more, as to the anatomy effects.

The fitness is out of this world. So clean, tidy and elegant. The PTs are very attentive and explain the whole process on your trail training. The training was very intensive and I believe I will be in shape for the summer. I highly recommend this program.

Honestly the customer service was beyond great - you can tell that the staff care about their clients. I didn't expect such great results from EMS!

Absolutely the best form of training. Great staff. Great atmosphere. And you see the results. Well, 6 months have past .I love it just as much, if not more . I am looking forward to the next six months and longer.
