Holmer Park Health Club & Spa - Mosaic - Hereford

I had such a lovely experience this weekend. My massage therapist, Emily was fantastic — friendly, professional, and really attentive throughout. She took the time to personalise the massage and focused on the tight knots in my shoulders, which made such a difference. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. From start to finish, the whole experience was enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality massage.

I attended the gym as a guest over the weekend. The place is beautiful equipment great and atmosphere lively. Having paid to be a guest of a member I am extremely unimpressed with the cafe. The gorls serving were alright but having to send my partners food back due to the curry bring cold. The neal was taking away reheated and then put in front of her with no apology or customer service at all. We reordered another meal (toastie) which the chef was not happy about because the cafe closed in 15mins! The toasties arrived and slammed on the table by the chef and he stormed off. I am extremely annoyed by the level of service considering the price of the member and guest fees. I hope this is rectified and hope this is improved

I visited Holmer Park Spa for my best friend's 30 birthday treat. We had a day enjoying the facilities and had a lovely afternoon tea. Everything was nice and clean, wasn't too busy but obviously popular and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Amazing Spa facilities, only mark down is the gym isn't to my taste. Well equipped but not right for me. All well maintained and clean however.

Such a good place to come and unwind, we had full access to the facilities. Everything is immaculate and not crowded. Fully functional modern gym, huge pool, 2 big Jacuzzis, sauna and steamrooms. Nice and secure locker system with codes. We had the afternoon tea which was delicious and plenty of food. Was greeted on arrival by friendly staff who go through everything you need to know. You are given a robe, towel and flip-flops at arrival. Nice big carpark with plenty of space. Would definitely come back again, would recommend to anyone.
