Iron Bodyfit - Saint-Georges

I just started at Iron Bodyfit in Saintes. The coaches are incredibly kind, attentive, and provide comprehensive support (classes, advice, equipment). There's always fresh water, clean towels, hairdryers, deodorants, etc., and lockers are available for our belongings. The shower is also very spacious and well-equipped. I'm very satisfied and I look forward to going!

I started the sessions with the goal of getting back in shape, and it's off to a great start. A warm welcome, invigorating sessions, and attentive support. I'm well supervised during the exercises, which are tailored to my physique.
