This concept is truly fantastic! For someone who doesn't have time to go to the gym, just 25 minutes once a week and I'm already seeing results after 4 weeks. The trainers are excellent and friendly, the place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I'm very happy with my annual membership in St-Bruno!

While traveling, I discovered many gyms, but the one run by Wyssam really stands out. The coaching is remarkable: the coaches correct postures with precision, give the right advice to activate muscles at the right time and know how to keep everyone focused. The atmosphere is motivating, warm and professional and the studio is exemplary cleanliness. I will come back with great pleasure the next time I am in Quebec.
