How often is EMS Training safe?

After this familiarization phase, there should be at least 4 days between intensive WB-EMS sessions. This recovery period should not be filled with additional intensive strength workouts for the same muscle groups, and intensive strength training should not be scheduled directly before, during or immediately after EMS.
Who should be careful?
Whole-body EMS training is not suitable for everyone. Examples of contraindications may include active medical implants, epilepsy or seizure disorders, pregnancy or suspected pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiac arrhythmias, severe cardiovascular conditions, severe circulatory disorders, bleeding disorders, acute infections, fever, severe neurological conditions or training under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or painkillers.
