I had some aches and muscle pain two days after my first session, they soon passed four days later I did a regular workout and wow I felt so much better - a real surprise, no fear to use it again but I will only use it when I know I’ve no big days of work ie I would not want to be doing heavy work two days after, it’s more of a workout than you think …. But it seems to work well !!
