I had a trial session recently at IONBody, Martin explained everything really well and was very patient with me as a newbie, the workout was definitely felt on day 3 and was like having had a hard gym workout! If I lived nearer I would be signing up! Great for people with limited time who want a great workout.

It was such a great experience . The Ion body's group are very welcoming ,friendly and cooperative. It is a really good idea for whom can't attend gyms regularly ,and for who looks for fitness. I'd highly recommend it.
