I have PCOS and struggle to lose weight at the best of times, I came to ionbody with the hope to find something that works for me and aids me in my weight loss journey. I have been with ion body for 4/5 weeks and I am shocked with how the weight is coming off! I have lost just over half a stone by coming to ionbody weekly and eating healthier. All the trainers are friendly and it’s a friendly environment which makes working out more enjoyable and not a chore(which is how I have always looked at weight loss). I could not recommend ionbody enough. Shout out to my trainer Charlotte as I wouldn’t have lost the weight without her!
